Born in Tokyo in 1961.
Tezka began filmmaking while in high school and won several film awards including the Pia Film Festival. Since then, Tezka has turned into a successful creator in various fields; as a director of films, TV, commercial ads and PV, and also as an author of various books.
He is the son of the legendary Osamu Tezuka, father of Japanese Animation.
